If you want to listen to Ogg Vorbis files in iTunes on Windows you have to install a codec that will allow Quicktime based applications to process Xiph codec based files.
- Download the Xiph Quicktime Components package for Windows from http://xiph.org/quicktime/download.html. This is an EXE file
- Run the EXE file. This installs the files into C:\Program Files\QuickTime\QTComponents
- Restart iTunes if it is running and you should now be able to import Ogg Vorbis files. These can be converted to MP3 by right clicking on the song name and selecting “”Convert selection to MP3″
